Terms and Conditions

About DELIVERY

* Delivery is free for addresses in Singapore.

*For a small additional fee of S$5, we can provide gift-wrapping if you are buying our product as a gift for someone special. Please indicate accordingly on our Order Form and provide recipient name and message (if any) in the Other Remarks box. Please add S$5 to the payment amount to us.

* Delivery will be handled by Singpost (or our appointed courier) using registered mail and on their terms and conditions. Delivery addresses exclude Restricted Areas as defined in Singpost web-site. For delivery addresses that are within the Central Business District (CBD), our staff may, on occasions,  handle the delivery instead and you will usually get your items within two business days after receipt of payment.

* Ordered items will be despatched to Singpost the next business day upon receipt of your payment. Singpost delivery process may take two days or more.

* A signature on our delivery note or registered mail card is required for all deliveries and shall be taken as proof that items are received in good order by the customer.

*We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the mailing process.

* For addresses within the Central Business District (CBD) of Singapore, our staff will  do their best to deliver to customer on the same or next business day after receipt of payment (save for unforeseen circumstances, eg, flooding, etc). In these cases, the customer also has the option to pay cash on delivery if total value of purchases is or exceeds S$150. In such cases, please tick the Payment Method “Cash on Delivery” in our Order Form. Our staff will contact customer by phone to confirm timing of delivery. If you or the intended recipient is working within the CBD area, we would appreciate it if delivery can be made at your or her/his workplace.

* We regret we are not able to process international deliveries for now.

About EXCHANGE

 *Items sold are not refundable.

* However, we are pleased to offer, at our discretion, one-time exchange for size only subject to availability of the alternate size. In this regard, please email us to check availability of alternate size. If it is available, the original item is to be sent back to us by post at customer’s expense and risk, preceded by an email advice to us. The item must be received by us within 5 business days in its original condition and with our price-tag intact. Item must also be unwashed, undamaged and in its original packaging. Exchange is not available for free-size items. Re-delivery of exchanged item shall be by normal mail and at customer’s risk. Cash refund is not allowed.

OTHER TERMS

*We do our best to ensure that the descriptions and specifications (including sizes) of our products are as close as possible to actual. However, these  descriptions and specifications are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Also, the colour of the item as seen by the customer on his/her computer screen may be affected by the inherent working of the browser used by the customer over which we have no control.

*Unless otherwise indicated, prices stated do not include any accessories used in the photos (eg. hats, necklaces, leggings, etc).

*We regret that orders received by us are not cancellable unless we receive and have read your email notification prior to despatch of items.
